Waves of “express” fitness exercise classes (approx. 30 minutes each)

Team Spirit award
Fun with friends
Pre-register by May 15 for 5 extra raffle tickets!
Teams will be assigned to a “wave” and begin their rotation through each of the “Express” classes.
If you choose to forego a particular class, we encourage you to visit our vendors, take a break, read our testimonials to discover your Y’s impact, and . . . hydrate!
