Lecture: "Early Virginia Evangelical Devereux Jarratt"

Historic St. Luke's is proud to present Dr. Michael Browder as he shares the life and times of Devereux Jarratt.  Based on a collection of published letters, we learn about Jarratt's life and theology, early conversion by New Light Presbyterians, his Anglican ordination in England, the successes of his parish and his early revival circuit, ambivalent relations with the Methodists, and late-life reflections on Christian Perfection.

Light Refreshments will be provided. Tickets are $15 per person.
