Ribbon Cutting: Chapman-J.T. Fisher Funeral Services

Pretlow and Chapman Funeral Home served Smithfield and the surrounding area since 1936. And, of course, owner James B. Chapman was mayor of Smithfield for 19 years, the longest continuous tenure in the town's history. He has entered into a joint venture with J. T. Fisher Funeral Services. J.T.
