One-on-One counseling sessions will be conducted at the Carrollton Library on Tuesday, August 16th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. You will have an opportunity to speak with Angela Barber, Business Services Manager, Virginia Dept. of Small Business and Supplier Diversity, who will provide on-site technical assistance sessions to help you grow your business and connect you to resources in Virginia.
